Autumn evokes feelings of cold mornings and warm afternoons. Falling leaves and the feeling that some change is coming along the way. A prelude to Thanksgiving, it also appears to be a good time to bake. I made this gluten free banana chocolate chip bread. It was really good. Even better with some almond butter on top, it was practically a meal.
I didn’t dare mention that it was made with almond flour and not regular flour. But it passed the family test!
