For the past two years, we have given out as gifts our secret spice. It can be used several different ways, and friends love telling us what they put it on, or how they used it. We usually employ its earthy aromatics as a dry rub to give intense flavor to grilled chicken or pork tenderloin.
We have also heard that it is great on salmon and meat for tacos.
